Add items to your Store

You can put ANYTHING in your store, so the limit is your imagination.  Your store comes pre-loaded with a few items to get you started.

The STORE tab is where you add items or opportunities to your store.

First, be sure to select the section you want to add the item to.  When you first start, the only section you will see is the "Default section", so choose that one.  If you choose All Sections (see below), the item will be made available in each section.

Under Type, a direct Purchase is where every user can purchase this item if they have enough coins.  A Raffle is where users purchase entries to a raffle draw for this item.  An item can also be placed in an Auction.

Enter the Name of the item and its Description.  Add an SKU (stock-keeping unit) if needed.

Next, enter the Cost per entry which is either the number of coins to directly purchase an item, the number of coins it costs per raffle entry, or the starting bid of an auction.  To help determine the price of an item, click on the graph to see the section’s average coin collecting history.

Under Num Items, you can set the number of items that are available for Purchase.  For Raffles, this will be the number of winners drawn.  If you want the item to have unlimited availability, check the unlimited box (available for direct purchases only).  Only one item can be placed in an Auction.

Redemption Method:  choose between Request for Approval, Self-redemption, Digital Download, or Shipping Integration if enabled.  Learn more about the redemption methods here.

The Start and End Time sets when this item is available to the users. You can add an Image for the item by choosing a file that will be displayed.  We recommend .PNG files and 500x500 image sizes to avoid cropping.

Items with Variants (Shipping Integration)

For Purchases type only, you can add variants such as color or sizes and add SKU's if needed.  Note:  There is a maximum of 10 variants for each item.

These variants will be displayed in the block and if there’s a limited number of a particular variant, it will be displayed in brackets.  If the stock of each variant is unlimited, no brackets or numbers are displayed.

Add a store item to ALL sections:

If your platform allows multiple sections, you can create an Item that is available to all of the Sections within your Account.  Think of these items as “Organization-wide items”.  Choose All Sections highlighted in the drop-down, then add the item.

Notice the title changes to Add Account Item.  Section Admins cannot edit this item.
